Common problems and how to fix them.

The button stays disabledThe SDK isn’t ready. Check the client ID and that the domain is approved. Watch onError.

“Call init() before startCapture()”Call init() first. React and Vue providers do it for you.

Nothing happens on StartThe user closed the browser’s share picker. Let them try again.

Device lists have no namesAsk for camera or mic access once with getUserMedia, then list devices again.

Recording stops earlyThe plan’s recording length limit was reached.

useEdithPro() throwsIt’s outside the provider, or the Vue plugin isn’t installed.

npm can’t install the React or Vue packageSee the note on Installation. The packages need re-publishing.
